By using NewLifeOS, you agree to these terms.

These Terms of Service govern your use of The New Life Operating System platform at newlifeoperatingsystem.com, operated by Robert Scott Singleton ("NewLifeOS," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the platform — including the free assessment, any paid tier, or any content on the site — you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

Section 01 — Critical

What NewLifeOS is — and is not.

It does NOT guarantee the accuracy of its assessments or AI-generated content. It does NOT guarantee any specific outcome — financial, professional, or personal — resulting from use of the platform. It is NOT a substitute for professional advice including but not limited to therapy, financial advice, legal counsel, or career counseling. NewLifeOS is NOT liable for any decisions made based on content generated by the platform.

The AI-powered sessions within NewLifeOS are designed to generate orientation and clarity — not to predict outcomes or guarantee results. Every person's situation is unique. The platform's guidance is a starting point, not a prescription.

You are the decision-maker. NewLifeOS shows you the window. Walking through it — and where you go after — is entirely your choice and your responsibility.

Section 02

The free tier — The Spark.

The free five-question assessment is available to anyone with access to the platform. No account creation, email address, or payment is required. The assessment and its results are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind.

The free tier does not create a contractual relationship between you and NewLifeOS beyond what is described in these terms. Assessment answers are not stored. No data is retained from free-tier sessions that do not proceed to account creation.

Section 03

Paid tiers — The Path and The Momentum.

Purchase of The Path ($47 one-time) or The Momentum ($47/month) constitutes a binding purchase agreement subject to these terms. By completing a purchase you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

The Path — one-time payment of $47 USD grants permanent access to three AI-guided sessions and phase-specific downloadable materials for the phase identified in your assessment
The Momentum — recurring monthly subscription of $47 USD billed on the same date each month; access continues until cancelled
All payments are processed securely by Stripe; NewLifeOS never stores your payment information
Prices are in US dollars and are subject to change with notice to existing subscribers

Section 04

Cancellation and refunds.

We want you to feel confident before you purchase. The free assessment is designed to give you a genuine picture of what the paid tier will deliver before you spend anything.

The Momentum subscription may be cancelled at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current period
The Path is a one-time purchase with permanent access; refund requests made within 7 days of purchase and before completion of more than one AI session will be considered on a case-by-case basis
Refund requests should be submitted to [email protected] with your purchase email and order reference
NewLifeOS reserves the right to decline refund requests where access has been substantially used

Section 05

AI-generated content.

The guidance, assessments, phase results, and session content generated by NewLifeOS are produced by artificial intelligence powered by Anthropic's Claude API. This content is generated dynamically based on your inputs and is specific to your session.

AI-generated content has inherent limitations. It may not account for all aspects of your individual situation. It reflects the information you provide and the design of the system prompts — not a complete understanding of your circumstances. It should be treated as a thoughtful starting point, not a definitive diagnosis or prescription.

NewLifeOS does not warrant that AI-generated content is error-free, complete, or suitable for your specific situation. You retain full responsibility for decisions made based on this content.

Section 06

Acceptable use.

You agree to use NewLifeOS only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the AI system prompts or underlying architecture
Use the platform to generate content intended to harm, deceive, or defraud others
Share, resell, or redistribute paid-tier content or session outputs for commercial purposes without written permission
Attempt to circumvent account access controls or gain unauthorized access to other users' sessions
Use the platform in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law

NewLifeOS reserves the right to terminate access for any user found in violation of these terms without refund.

Section 07

Intellectual property.

All content on newlifeoperatingsystem.com — including but not limited to text, design, copy, system architecture, downloadable materials, and brand identity — is the intellectual property of Robert Scott Singleton and NewLifeOS unless otherwise noted.

Paid subscribers receive a personal, non-transferable license to use downloaded materials for their own individual use. This license does not permit reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any NewLifeOS content.

Section 08

Limitation of liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NewLifeOS and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of income, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

In no event shall NewLifeOS's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the platform exceed the amount you paid to NewLifeOS in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Section 09

Changes to these terms.

NewLifeOS reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to paid subscribers via email and reflected in the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Section 10

Governing law.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Coconino County, Arizona.
