Our Commitment
We collect less than you expect.
The New Life Operating System (NewLifeOS) is a trust platform. The people who use it are often in a vulnerable moment — questioning their path, recovering from disruption, trying to find direction. That creates a higher privacy obligation than most web applications carry, and we take it seriously.
This policy explains exactly what we collect, why we collect it, how it is protected, and what your rights are. If you have questions not answered here, contact us at [email protected].
Section 01
What we do not collect.
The following information is never collected, stored, or retained by NewLifeOS under any circumstances:
- Your assessment answers — the five questions you answer in the free tier are processed in real time and never written to any database
- Your AI conversation content — the exchanges between you and the NewLifeOS AI are not permanently stored or used to train any model
- Payment details — all payment processing is handled exclusively by Stripe; no credit card or banking information ever touches our servers
- IP addresses beyond temporary server logs required for security purposes
- Browser fingerprints, device identifiers, or behavioral tracking data
- Data sold, rented, or shared with advertisers — this will never occur under any circumstance
Section 02
What we do collect — and only this.
NewLifeOS operates on a principle of radical minimalism: collect only what is absolutely necessary to deliver the service.
- Email address — collected only when you purchase a paid tier, used solely for account access and service delivery
- Subscription tier and billing status — a simple flag indicating your access level; no financial data is stored
- Phase result — your Awaken, Align, or Activate result, stored only for paid accounts to enable session continuity
- Contact form submissions — messages sent via the contact form are received and not stored beyond the email thread they generate
Free tier users who complete the assessment and do not purchase leave no data behind. None. That is intentional.
Section 03
How your data is protected.
All data transmitted to and from NewLifeOS is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Our infrastructure runs behind Cloudflare, which provides DDoS protection, Web Application Firewall rules, and rate limiting on all endpoints. The AI processing that powers your sessions is handled server-side only — your data never passes through a client-side API call.
Email addresses for paid accounts are stored with access restricted to the minimum required for service delivery. Passwords, if applicable to future account features, will be hashed using bcrypt or Argon2 — never stored in plain text under any circumstances.
Section 04
Third-party services.
NewLifeOS uses a minimal set of third-party services, each selected for their security and privacy standards:
- Stripe — handles all payment processing. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant. Their privacy policy governs how they handle your payment information: stripe.com/privacy
- Anthropic — provides the AI inference layer that powers your sessions. Queries are processed server-side. Anthropic's usage policies apply to API interactions: anthropic.com/privacy
- Kit (formerly ConvertKit) — used for transactional email delivery to paid subscribers only. No marketing lists are built from free-tier users
- Cloudflare — provides infrastructure security, DNS, and CDN services. Cloudflare's privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy
No advertising networks, social tracking pixels, or analytics platforms that track individual users are installed on this site.
Section 05
Cookies.
NewLifeOS uses only the minimum cookies necessary for the platform to function — specifically, session state for paid subscribers to maintain continuity across AI sessions. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking cookies, or any cookie that persists beyond your session unless you are a paid subscriber requiring session continuity.
Free-tier users who complete the assessment and leave are not cookied in any persistent way.
Section 06
Your rights — GDPR & CCPA.
If you are located in the European Union or the state of California, you have specific legal rights regarding your personal data. NewLifeOS honors these rights for all users, regardless of location.
- Right to access — you may request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
- Right to deletion — you may request that we delete your account and all associated data
- Right to portability — you may request your data in a portable format
- Right to object — you may object to how your data is processed
- Right to correction — you may request correction of inaccurate data
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
NewLifeOS does not sell personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We do not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
Section 07
Children's privacy.
NewLifeOS is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it immediately. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at [email protected].
Section 08
Changes to this policy.
If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify paid subscribers via email. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
We will never change this policy in a way that reduces your privacy protections without explicit notice and, where required by law, your consent.
